There are Three endings in Lords of the Fallen:
So, let’s dive right into these Endings and the stories;
This is the “Good Ending” out of all the three Endings in Lords of the Fallen. After all the main quests have been completed and all the tasks have been done, you will have to find out and visit the five corrupted beacons. As you go to these Beacons, you will face off the Sentinel bosses. Slay them down.
This act will cleanse all the Beacons. And in the final part, you have to visit Adyr in Bramis Castle. From there, you will find Adyr convincing everyone that Orius is lying. During the cutscene, Adyr’s essence will be absorbed by the Umbral Magical Lamp and Orius will go away.
Unfortunately, your character will die here, but you will earn the Radiant Purifier for this Ending.
You can call it “Bad Ending” because of the result of not cleansing the beacons. Complete all the tasks and get to the Abbey of Hallowed Sisters to acquire the Rune of Adyr and defeat the boss in Bramis Castle.
After defeating the Sundered Monarch boss, unlock and unleash the Effigy of Adyr. And then activate the Rune with Adyr’s blood. This will help you to beat the Judge Cleric with the Rune.
Lastly, all these acts will make Judge Iselle a human again, and she will devote her mind to reviving Adyr. Adyr will relive again and come back as a Rhogar lord. This time, you will get the lord’s achievement.
This is the “True Ending” but a sad one as well. Here, you will have to put down some friendly NPCs. First, kill the Pledged Knight and the Unbroken Promise in Revelation Depths. Then, meet Molhu, the Merchant, near the Skyrest Bridge to purchase Scouring Clump. Go to Mother’s Lull and use the Clump to obtain these three Seedpods: Damarose, Gerlinde, and Melchior.
Use each of the pods to kill each of the NPCs in the Mother’s Lull. Lastly, face off Elianne. These acts end with the death of Molhu as he takes his own life.
At the end cutscene, you will see the Putrid Mother, a wicked creature with weird features. She will cast her shadows, and the Ending of Lords of the Fallen will end there. And you will earn the Putrid Child starting class.
